Live workspace · Demo SaaS Ltd · 14 months of data
The CRM that does its own admin. What you see is what you get.
Every screen on this page is real data from a live crmSpace workspace: a SaaS sales team, 14 months in. The pipeline, the ledger, the invoices, the reports. All of it, as it actually is.
A pipeline for every motion.
New business, enterprise, renewals: run a separate board for each, with its own stages and weighting. Switch in a click, or read the whole book at once. Drag a deal and the board reflects it instantly, with every rep seeing only the accounts they should.
- A pipeline per sales motion, each with its own stages and fields.
- Kanban or table, same data, your choice of view.
- Set how long a stage may hold a deal, and the ones that stopped moving say so.
- Owner and territory scoping baked into every card.
Coming from HubSpot or Salesforce? Your deals, owners and history move over in an afternoon.

Most CRMs store the latest state and forget the path. crmSpace stores every change as an immutable event, in business time and record time. Reports fold from that ledger, so the numbers reconcile, month-end can be locked, and you can rewind the whole workspace to any date.
“Every figure on every report traces back to the exact events that produced it. Nothing is a black box.”

Numbers you can stand behind.
A governed metric registry. One definition of bookings, revenue and win rate, folded from the ledger. The same figures power the board pack, the dashboard and the AI. Drill any number down to the deals behind it. Call each deal commit, best case or pipeline, set quarterly targets per rep, and read attainment next to the leaderboard.

From quote to cash, without leaving the deal.
Build a quote from your product catalogue and send it with a link your customer accepts online, name, time and terms recorded. The accepted quote becomes a sequentially-numbered invoice. VAT is derived correctly, including EU reverse-charge, and receivables age themselves.
Shape it to how you actually sell.
Add typed fields to companies, deals, contacts or leads: dropdowns, toggles, dates, numbers. A few clicks, no developer, no re-platform. They flow straight into filters, reports and the API.

Everyone sees exactly what they should.
Role-based permissions decide what each person can do. Territories widen who sees which accounts, by country or industry. A single authorization layer guards every read and write, and every denial is logged.
- Built-in and custom roles: admin, manager, rep, viewer, or your own.
- Attribute territories, like Nordics & Benelux or Financial services.
Rules that run themselves.
Watch the event ledger for anything: a stage change, a new lead, an inbound email. Then react: notify a manager, create a task, email the owner. Set once, they fire exactly once per event.
It does the admin, so the team can sell.
A morning brief that reads the whole workspace. Follow-up drafts for the deals going quiet, which you send from the record itself, so the reply comes back to the same timeline. And an Ask box that answers in the same governed numbers as your board pack, so every total traces to the ledger.
6 deals need attention and 3 tasks are overdue. Northwind’s renewal enters its close window this week; Meridian’s invoice is 15 days past due. Pipeline is up 8% on last month.
“What did we collect last quarter, and who is overdue?”
You collected £133,228 in Q2. Three invoices are overdue, £65,228 in total, and the largest is Meridian Analytics.
The paperwork after the win, handled.
The Contracts add-on at contracts.crmspace.ai turns executed paper into a live register. Colleagues raise standard paper themselves from your templates, quotes e-sign straight into order forms, and every deadline knows where to find you. When terms need work, you trade versions with the counterparty over a private link, see exactly what changed, and agree the final text in place. One flat price per workspace, on the same ledger.
Obligations with receipts
The AI reads each contract into an obligation register where every entry carries a verbatim citation, says which side is bound, and can hold the evidence it was met. Your weekly list separates what you owe from what they owe you.
Signature built in
Sign-off runs in the order your business actually works in: deal desk, then legal, then finance past a value you set. Each step waits for the one before it and only its own approvers are asked. Then in-order or any-order signing, reminders, expiry and delegation, with the executed copy and its certificate always downloadable.
Renewals that surface
Notice deadlines land as alerts in crmSpace and in your own calendar by subscription. The renewal deal opens itself at the notice deadline, and when you win or lose it the agreement is told, without inventing dates no document has yet. One click gives you the brief for the call: what to serve and by when, what is off playbook, what each side still owes.
Leaves the way it came
Agreements open in Word for redlining, and the whole portfolio exports as a data room: originals, executed copies, certificates and the register.
Your playbook, not just the market's
Keep your approved clause language in tiers: what you ask for, what you will take, and the floor. The register flags where paper departs from it, the redline names which position each change breaks, and a counter-proposal reuses your wording word for word or tells you plainly that it did not.
Where you stand, per counterparty
Every agreement with one counterparty read as a chain, with today's position stated section by section across all of them. Terms they incorporate by link are re-read every week, and if the page has moved the new copy is filed beside the old one and the owner hears about it.
Included in the price: market-practice review against curated standards, AI drafting grounded in your templates, and Ask across the whole portfolio. See Contracts pricing
GDPR isn’t a plugin here. It’s the foundation.
Consent and lawful basis on every contact. Subject-access exports and right-to-erasure that actually holds. A retention sweep, a breach register, an audit log: the record-keeping regulators ask for, produced by the system, not by a scramble.
DSAR & erasure
Export or erase a data subject in one action, and they cannot be silently re-added.
Retention sweep
Spent leads auto-expire on your schedule. Storage-limitation, enforced.
Audit log & RoPA
Every access decision and change recorded; the Article 30 register kept current.
Breach register
Article 33/34 record-keeping built in, ready before you need it.
Consent & lawful basis
Captured per contact, with source and timestamp. Not an afterthought.
Locked periods
Close a month and its numbers are final. Re-run any time, identical by design.
Everything configurable, nothing hidden.
Grouped, searchable, and yours to run. Profile and billing, team and roles, custom fields and products, automations and territories, accounting periods and privacy. All in one place, no support ticket required.
