Acceptable use policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This policy is part of the terms of service. It is short because the rule is simple: use crmSpace for lawful business.

You may not

  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or store data you have no right to hold.
  • Use the email features to send spam or unsolicited bulk mail. Outbound email exists to reach your own team and the customers you have a relationship with.
  • Load data about people who have exercised their right to erasure with you, or ignore the product’s suppression of erased contacts.
  • Probe, scan or test the service for vulnerabilities except under our security policy.
  • Attempt to access another workspace, or exceed the permissions your role grants.
  • Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without a written agreement with us.
  • Interfere with the service, including rate abuse, scraping at scale or automated account creation.
  • Reverse engineer the software except where the law allows it regardless of this term.

What happens otherwise

For minor issues we will contact you and agree a fix. For serious or repeated breaches we may suspend or terminate access under the terms of service. Where the law requires it, we report.
