Pricing

One price per seat. The AI is included.

Most CRMs sell you the software, then meter the intelligence with credits. crmSpace includes Ask, digests and follow-ups in the plan, with a fair-use allowance sized so you can stop counting.

Prices are per seat per month, billed annually. Monthly billing shown alongside. Every workspace starts with 14 days of Pro, free, no card.

Add-ons

Contracts, on the same chassis.

The Contracts add-on turns executed paper into a live obligation register: upload PDFs and Word files (or import a whole folder), and the AI reads every clause into obligations with verbatim, page-anchored citations you can click through to the exact span in the source.

Contracts (clmSpace)

  • PDF and DOCX ingestion, plus bulk import for your legacy portfolio
  • AI obligation extraction with citations verified against the source text
  • Market-practice review: your paper scored against curated standards
  • AI drafting grounded in your own templates
  • Renewal and obligation deadline alerts, delivered into crmSpace
  • Deal-desk approval before anything goes out for signature
  • E-signature in order or any order, with reminders, expiry and delegation
  • Self-serve drafts from your templates, and a quote that signs itself into an order form
  • Obligation evidence: attach the proof each obligation was met
  • Export any agreement or template to Word for redlining
  • Amendment and renewal chains, so every agreement knows what it succeeds
  • Subscribe to contract deadlines from your own calendar
  • Data room export: every agreement, register and certificate in one archive
  • Ask clmSpace: cited answers across your whole portfolio
  • One click from a won deal to a prefilled contract draft
  • Renewal deals opened from the contract's own dates, at the notice deadline
  • A renewal brief in one click: the clock, the departures, and what each side still owes
  • Sign-off chains: deal desk, then legal, then finance past a value you set
  • Every obligation says which side is bound, so your list is not their list
  • Read-only API and webhooks for the register, on the same workspace keys
  • Terms incorporated by link re-read weekly, with the new copy filed beside the old
  • Duties that survive termination keep binding after the paper ends
£149/workspace/mo

or £1,440 per year

For Pro and Enterprise workspaces. 15 extractions a month on Pro, 30 on Enterprise; extra AI actions are £10 each, with 15% off ten or more and 25% off a hundred or more. They apply to the month you buy them in and are non-refundable. Bringing a back-book? Portfolio backfill imports and extracts it for £10 per document, as a one-off.

Questions

The details that matter

What counts as an AI action?

One question to Ask crmSpace, one generated digest, one set of follow-up drafts, one AI-mapped import, one record enrichment, or in the contracts module one extraction, review, redline or counter-proposal. Ordinary CRM work is unmetered, and so is the contract playbook: flagging where paper departs from your positions costs nothing.

What happens if we use our allowance?

The allowance is pooled across your seats and sized so most teams can stop counting. If you run out, AI features pause until the month resets and everything else keeps working. Admins can upgrade at any time.

How does the trial work?

14 days of the Pro plan, no card required. When it ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Your data stays yours and can be exported at any time.

Can we move over from HubSpot or Salesforce?

Yes, in an afternoon. Upload their export and the standard columns map automatically. Owners, notes, deals, pipelines and activity history come with you, with a dry-run preview before anything is written and an undo afterwards.

Can we cancel?

Yes, from the billing page, in a couple of clicks. Monthly plans stop at the end of the billing period. We do not do exit calls, and every record type exports as CSV at any time.

Does crmSpace work with Slack, Teams and Zapier?

Yes. Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications are built in: paste an incoming-webhook URL and deals won, quotes accepted and new leads post to your channel. For Zapier, Make, n8n or your own systems, outbound webhooks push signed events and the REST API reads and writes everything. cal.com bookings land as meetings on the right record.

Can leads from our website go straight into the CRM?

Yes. Every workspace has a hosted contact form you can link to or embed, and a JSON endpoint your own form can post to. New enquiries become leads with the owner notified; a message from someone you already know is logged on their record instead of creating a duplicate. Assignment rules decide who owns each one as it lands, either a named member or a round-robin rotation through a team, so nothing piles up on one desk.

Do you support single sign-on?

On the Enterprise plan. Connect any OIDC identity provider, including Okta, Microsoft Entra and Google Workspace, and your team signs in through it, matched by email domain. SCIM provisioning is included, so your IdP can create and deactivate members automatically. The connector speaks OIDC; we do not offer SAML today.

What is the Contracts add-on?

A contract lifecycle module on the same platform, at contracts.crmspace.ai. Upload executed contracts as PDF or Word (or import a folder at once) and the AI builds an obligation register where every entry carries a verbatim citation you can click through to the source. It reviews paper against market practice, drafts from your own templates, answers questions across the portfolio, and raises renewal and deadline alerts inside crmSpace. Signature rounds can be gated behind a deal-desk approval, chased with reminders and given an expiry, and deadlines can be subscribed to from your own calendar. Colleagues can raise standard paper themselves from templates, obligations carry evidence files, agreements open in Word for redlining, and signing supports any-order rounds and delegation. When a counterparty marks up the terms, you trade versions with them over a private link and agree the final wording in place, and an order form can sit on your own master terms or the client's own paper. Everything exports as a data room when you need it. £149 per workspace per month (or £1,440 a year) on Pro and Enterprise, with 15 extractions a month included on Pro and 30 on Enterprise (none during a free trial: trials buy AI actions and pay as they go), and AI actions to buy when a month runs heavy. Each counterparty reads as one relationship: the chain of agreements you have with them, today's position stated section by section across all of it, and any terms they incorporate by link re-read every week, so a change to their online terms reaches the owner instead of going unnoticed. Renewal deals open themselves from the register's own dates, at the notice deadline rather than after it.

We have years of signed contracts. What does the back-book cost?

Portfolio backfill is a one-off service at £10 per document. Send us the folder and we import every agreement with its signed original attached, then extract the obligations into the register, so the module starts from a complete picture rather than an empty one. It is run for you, it does not draw on your monthly extraction allowance, and you pay by a Stripe link at your document count. Ask about it when you book a call.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies.

Where is our data held?

In London. Records are in Neon Postgres in AWS eu-west-2, and both apps run as Vercel functions in lhr1. The security page names every provider in the path and where each one processes, and carries the data processing agreement.

Do you have a SOC 2 report or ISO 27001?

No, and there is none to send. What we can give you is the security page, where each statement is tied to the part of the product it rests on, the data processing agreement with its annexes, the sub-processor list, and an accuracy page that prints what the AI scored on contracts whose answers are known. If your procurement process needs a certified report, tell us early and we will say plainly whether we can meet it.

On residency, access, sub-processors and certifications, the detail is on the security page, with the data processing agreement and measured accuracy beside it.
