Your team, roles and ownership
Add your team, give each person the right access, and keep the workspace tidy as people come and go.
Inviting people
Invite by email from Settings. The invitation is emailed and is also claimed automatically the first time that person signs in with the same address.
Roles and territories
Built-in roles cover the common cases, from full admin to read-only. Territories can widen what a member sees by region or industry. On the Pro plan you can define custom roles with a full permission matrix.
Owner and offboarding
- Each workspace has one owner. The owner can transfer the workspace to another member at any time.
- Suspend a member to remove access temporarily, or remove them for good. When you remove someone, you choose which active member inherits their records, so nothing is orphaned.
- A workspace always keeps at least one active administrator.
