Online quote acceptance

A PDF and a 'please confirm by reply' is where deals stall. Send a link instead, and the acceptance records itself.

  • Open any quote and choose Copy accept link. Creating the link on a draft marks it as sent, so the record reads draft, sent, accepted, in order.
  • Your customer sees the full quote on a clean page: line items, VAT, validity, your terms of business and any special terms, exactly as snapshotted when the quote was created.
  • They accept by typing their name and work email. The acceptance is recorded on the ledger with who accepted, when, and on whose terms, which is the evidence that matters if the deal is ever questioned.
  • The quote owner is notified at once, chat posts if Slack or Teams is connected, and the accepted quote is ready to become an invoice in one click.
  • Links respect the quote's validity date: an expired quote cannot be accepted, and a quote can only be accepted once.
  • Nothing changes about the manual path. You can still mark a quote accepted yourself when the signature arrived some other way.
  • Workspaces with the Contracts add-on get a third path: Send for e-signature papers the quote into an order form in the contract register, the signature round runs there (approval gates included), and completion marks the quote accepted with the signature as the evidence. The accept link and e-signature are alternatives; whichever finishes first closes the other out.
