Capture email into your pipeline

Every workspace has a private forward-in address that turns email into activity on the matching record.

How it works

Your address looks like <token>@in.crmspace.ai and is shown in Settings under Email capture. Forward or BCC any message to it and crmSpace logs it as an activity on the contact or lead whose email address matches the sender.

Two things to know

  • The sender must already exist as a contact or lead; only mail from known senders creates records.
  • Keep the address private. Anyone who can send to it can attach notes to your pipeline.

If Settings shows email capture as being set up rather than active, inbound email is not switched on for your deployment yet.
