Export your data and GDPR

Your data is yours. You can take it out at any time, and the product includes the tools a controller needs.

  • Export your records as CSV from the Companies, Contacts, Leads, Deals, Products, Quotes and Invoices pages, at any time, including while a workspace is read-only. Exports include your custom fields and use the same column names the importer understands.
  • For a data subject request, you can export or erase one person from their record, with the erasure recorded on the ledger and honoured across the workspace.
  • Retention policies, a suppression list and a breach register live in Settings under Data protection, and a records-of-processing register is generated for you.
  • CRM data is stored in London. See the security page for the region and the sub-processors, and the data processing addendum for the terms.
