AI actions and fair use

The AI is included in your plan, not metered by credits. A generous pooled allowance covers normal use.

What counts as an AI action

One AI action is any of these: a question to Ask crmSpace, a generated brief or digest, a set of follow-up drafts, an AI-mapped import, or a record enrichment. Ordinary CRM work is unmetered.

The pooled allowance

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI actions per seat, pooled across the whole workspace: 150 per seat on Starter, 400 per seat on Pro, and 1,000 per seat on Enterprise. Because it is pooled, a couple of heavy users are covered by the seats that use less. A trial is capped at 200 actions in total, regardless of seats.

If you reach the allowance

AI features pause until the next monthly reset while the rest of the CRM keeps working exactly as before. We do not bill AI use as an overage. If a workspace consistently needs more, an admin can move up a plan.
